SPL THEORY TRAINING

Theory training is consist of nine subjects:

2.Aircraft General Knowledge

3.Flight Planning & Performance

4.Communications

5.Human Performance&Limitations

6.Meteorology

7.Navigation

8.Operational Procedures

9.Principles of Flight

You have two options for theory:

1. Classroom theroy training in English and Serbian – Bosnian language. It has 100 hours of teaching and 10 hours of tests in ATO. Duration of trianing is 2 month. Place of theory in classroom is Sarajevo or Prijedor in BIH.

2. Distance learning theroy training in English and Serbian – Bosnian language. It has 100 hours of teaching and 10 hours of tests in ATO. Duration of trianing is 1 month and half. You learn on your computer and only come to classroom classes for 2 weeks, with intruductory flight. Place of theory is in classroom in Sarajevo or Prijedor in BIH.

SPL FLIGHT TRAINING

To get a licence of SPL you must have before start of flying lessons a Class 2 medical crtificate and minimum 14 years old.

Flying lessons consist of minimum: 15 hours of flying;

2 hours of supervised solo flight time;

10 hours of dual flight instruction;

45 launches and landings;

1 solo cross-country flight of at least 50 km (27 NM) or 1 dual cross- country flight of at least 100 km (55 NM)

Duration of flight training for SPL is minimum 3 months.

FI (S) THEORY

Theory is consist of 55 hours in classroom. Student has 25 hours of learning how to train students and 30 hours of giving lecture in classroom.

25 hours of learning duration is 1 week. 30 hours of teaching in our ATO duration is 2 weeks.

Place of theory in classroom is Sarajevo or Prijedor in BIH.

FI (S) FLIGHT TRAINING

Applicant for an instructor certificate shall be at least 18 years of age.

Applicant must have completed 100 hours of flight time and 200 launches as PIC on sailplanes. Additionally, where the applicant wishes to give flight instruction on TMGs, he/she shall have completed 30 hours of flight time as PIC on TMGs and an additional assessment of competence on a TMG in accordance with FCL.935 with an FI qualified in accordance with FCL.905.FI(i);

Applicant must passed an assessment of competence for the relevant category of instructor on that class or type of aircraft after fininshing training in ATO.

Student have to fly 9 hours of dual flight instructions from back seat and 26 take-offs and ladndings. UPRT is included in training.

Duration of flight training for FI(S) is minimum 2 weeks .
